Nabors Alaska's number one priority is safety. Our goal is zero lost-time accidents. We are committed to fostering the health of our employees and to maintaining the quality of our unique operating environment. The company has established and maintains a comprehensive HSE program and all employees are required to adhere to these policies and procedures. No job is so important that it can't be completed in a safe and professional manner.
 
Programs
The cornerstone of Nabors Alaska's safety program is STOP® (Safety Training Observation Program). Through this program, employees are encouraged to report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, spills, or any adverse environmental impact observed. All employees have the responsibility to stop any operation which poses a serious threat to people, the environment, or the company's equipment.

We believe that by the correct application of the STOP® program, in conjunction with Nabors' in-house safety program, these injuries can be substantially reduced.
